جلب همبستگی طبقاتی در مراسم اول ماه مه آلمان
On May 1st ۲۰۲۱, Despite the coronavirus pandemic, a public march called on by trade unions and Leftist political groups in Düsseldorf was held, during which our resolution was distributed among participants. The resolution was focused on the repressive conditions of the Iranian working class, the November 2019 massacre at the hands of the government, and the role played by the German government and companies in stabilizing and consolidating the Iranian autocratic capitalist regime. In the end, the resolution insisted on the necessity of international class solidarity among German and Iranian working classes. German workers, we need your urgent help!
The working class struggle has always been an international struggle, and May Day is a reminder to this historical tradition. Here we want to make you familiar with the conditions of a country where workers are devoid of their rights to any independent organization, strike, association or protest, be it just a dissident tweet, and where any attempt to achieve these rights can put them in jail or risk their lives; a country where the German government and corporations not only exploit the workers, but actively support its religious fundamentalist, deeply misogynist regime: the Islamic Republic of Iran!
In the last three years alone, the Iranian regime has been involved in mass suppression and killing of dissident workers, the last example of which is the heavy crackdown on the November 2019 street protests, leaving at least 1,500 dead, including children.
The close cooperation between German and Iranian capitalist regimes, simply facilitates the situation for intensifying mass murders and repressions by the latter. Among European countries, Germany has been the most important trading partner of Iranian regime and, to preserve its benefits, has given its seal of approval to all the reactionary and medieval laws enforced in Iran.
This collaboration and economic ties among European and Iranian regimes have reached to such an extent that the Iranian regime dares to easily do terrorist attacks and assassinate its political dissidents on European soil. At the time of writing this statement, a regime’s diplomat has been sentenced to 20 years in prison by a Belgian court for his role in a failed 2018 “bomb plot” against Iranian opposition in France. He had smuggled explosives on a commercial flight to Austria from Iran. This alone gives you the hint about who are we dealing with. Thus we, as opposition activists in Germany, are in no ways secure against Iranian regime’s threats.
As part of united international class struggle, it is expected of German labor unions and democratic, progressive organizations to put pressure on their government to not appease the Iranian regime just for their economic interests. Because not only the German government, but also German corporations which are active in Iran and pursuing their own private profits, are accomplices and benefactors in Iranian regime’s repressions.
As an instance, the German investment group “Rocket Internet” has major stocks in Snapp, an Iranian online taxi company, and is a trading partner of “Mostazafan Foundation” – the second-largest commercial enterprise and a part of Ali Khamenei’s economic empire.
Snapp has high records of breaking drivers’ strikes and laying off their representatives, collaborating with the regime on internet surveillance of its app users, and helping enforce “gender apartheid” by refusing service to “bad veiled” women.
Also, it is a known fact that, in the past, companies like Siemens had provided the Iranian regime with surveillance technologies.
What can you do as a class-conscious worker?
- You can help expose how German capitalism is acting against the rights of Iranian workers and in general against democratic, anti-government struggles in Iran.
- The role played by German leftist-reformist parties in collaboration with Iranian regime is undeniable. However, the European radical left has also slacked off in practically extending their solidarity to Iranian people, and this has led to the rise of ultra-right-wing tendencies not only in Germany, but also in Iran. Without a serious international class solidarity, the Iranian labor and social movements can hardly advance and find progressive alternatives, and the Iranian left would fail in isolation.
- Labor unions and progressive organizations must be mobilized for exposing, and putting pressure on, the German capitalist government. But given the fact that most of the German labor unions have been bureaucratized, their solidarity remains on paper, without involving their grassroots. We call on all the radical labor organizations in Germany to extend their practical solidarity by organizing public actions
در روز اول ماه مه ۲۰۲۱ در شهر دوسلدروف، علیرغم شرایط کرونایی، تظاهراتی از سوی جمعی از اتحادیه‌های کارگری و گروه‌های سیاسی چپ برگزار شد که در این تجمع اعلامیه‌هایی در میان تجمع‌کنندگان توزیع شد که تمرکزش بر شرح شرایط سرکوب علیه جنبش کارگری ایران، کشتار آبان‌ماه ۹۸ و نقش دولت آلمان در تقویت سرمایه‌داری استبدادی حاکم بود. در نهایت بر ضرورت عاجل همبستگی بین‌المللی طبقه کارگر آلمان طبقه با مبارزات کارگران ایران تأکید شد. متن فارسی، انگلیسی و آلمانی بیانیه در پیوست.

کارگران آلمان، به همبستگی شما نیاز فوری داریم!
مبارزه طبقه کارگر همواره یک مبارزه جهانی بوده و یک مه روزی است که این مبارزه انترناسیونال را پاس می‌دارد. می‌خواهیم شما را با وضعیت کشوری آشنا کنیم که کارگرانش، از حق تشکل مستقل، اعتصاب، تجمع یا هرگونه اعتراض (حتی یک توئیت انتقادی) بی‌بهره‌اند و در ازای هر کدام از این‌ها عاقبت زندان در انتظارشان است. کشوری که دولت سرمایه‌داری آلمان و شرکت‌های آلمانی نه فقط کارگرانش را استثمار می‌کنند، بلکه از حکومت داعشی شیعه و عمیقاً ضد زن حاکم بر آن حمایت می‌کنند: جمهوری اسلامی ایران!
در سه سال گذشته جمهوری اسلامی دست به کشتارهای وسیع خیابانیِ کارگران مبارز و معترض به وضع موجود زد که در فقط یک موردِ اخیرش ۱۵۰۰ کشته، از جمله کودکان، برجای گذاشت.
همکاری سرمایه‌داری آلمان با جمهوری اسلامی، شرایط کشتار و سرکوب در ایران را تسهیل می‌کند. در بین کشورهای اروپایی، آلمان با فاصله‌ای زیاد مهم‌ترین شریک تجاری ایران است و دولت آلمان برای حفظ این موقعیت بر تمام قوانین ارتجاعی و قرون وسطایی این حکومت مُهر تأیید می‌زند. همراهی دولت‌های اروپایی با جمهوری اسلامی به جایی رسیده که این حکومت به راحتی در خاک اروپا دست به ترور مخالفان خود می‌زند. هم اکنون دادگاهی در بلژیک یک دیپلمات جمهوری اسلامی را به جرم «توطئۀ بمبگذاری» به ۲۰ سال حبس محکوم کرده. مشخص شده که این دیپلمات بمب را با هواپیمای مسافربری و با مجوز دیپلماتیک در خاک اروپا حمل کرده تا در یکی از نشست‌های اپوزیسیون منفجر کند. هیچ‌یک از ما مخالفان سیاسی جمهوری اسلامی از دست تهدیدهای رژیم در خاک آلمان در امان نیستیم. از سندیکاهای کارگری و نهادهای مدنی مترقی آلمان انتظار می‌رود که به دولت و احزاب فشار بیارند تا دولت به خاطر عقد قراردادهای تجاری به جمهوری اسلامی باج ندهد.
علاوه بر دولت آلمان، شرکت‌های تجاری آلمانی فعال در ایران هم برای حفظ سودهایشان منفرداً در این سرکوب‌ها منتفع و همدست هستند.
به عنوان مثال، شرکت آلمانی سرمایه‌گذاری «راکت اینترنت»، از سهامداران عمده تاکسی اینترنتی اسنپ در ایران و شریک تجاری یکی از نهادهای وابسته به خامنه‌ای (بنیاد مستضعفان) است که سوابق زیادی در:
سرکوب اعتصاب رانندگان اسنپ و اخراج نمایندگانشان
همکاری با حکومت برای تجسس اینترنتی از کاربران این اپلیکیشن
و همدستی برای اجرای آپارتاید جنسیتی و محروم‌کردن خدمت‌رسانی به زنانی که حجاب را رعایت نکنند
دارد.
سرمایه‌داری آلمان چطور در همدستی با اسلام‌گرایان ارتجاعی در ایران کسب سود می‌کنند؟
در سال ۲۰۱۹ راننده تاکسی اسنپ یک زن را وسط اتوبان از تاکسی به دلیل عدم رعایت حجاب اسلامی بیرون انداخت. مدیریت شرکت اسنپ تمام قد از این اقدام دفاع کرد و گفت که به زنان بدحجاب خدمت‌رسانی نخواهد کرد.
پیش از این هم شرکت‌هایی مثل زیمنس تکنولوژی شنود و کنترل مخالفان را در اختیار جمهوری اسلامی قرار داده بودند.
چه می‌توانید بکنید؟
- کمک کنید که نشان داده شود که سرمایه‌داری آلمان چطور علیه حقوق کارگران و اعتراضات دموکراتیک در ایران عمل می‌کنید.
- نقش احزاب چپ رفرمیست آلمان در همدستی با جمهوری اسلامی انکارناپذیر است. کم کاری چپ‌های رادیکال اروپایی در نمایش همبستگی عملی با مردم ایران، باعث تقویت راست افراطی نه فقط در آلمان که در کشورهایی مانند ایران نیز شده است. بدون همبستگی طبقاتی جدی بین‌المللی هدایت جنبش کارگری و دیگر جنبش‌های اجتماعی ایران به سمت آلترناتیوهای مترقی سخت‌تر می‌شود و چپ‌های ایرانی در انزوا و تنهایی به شکست برمی‌خورند.
- باید سندیکاهای کارگری و نهادهای مدنی مترقی را برای افشا و فشار به سرمایه‌داری آلمان بسیج کرد. اما در خیلی از موارد به دلیل بروکراتیزه شدن سندیکاهای کارگری آلمان، همبستگی فقط روی کاغذی می‌ماند و پایه‌ها درگیر نمی‌شوند. ما از تمام سازماندهندگان رادیکال کارگری می‌خواهیم که در اعتراضات خیابانی و با آکسیون‌های مستقل عملی هم همبستگی‌شان را نشان دهند.
